Brother Robert Wright is the lead minister for the Church at Stockbridge. The Lord began dealing with Brother Robert in 1995 when he was becoming overburdened with life. One evening he had a dream that he was imprisoned and was pacing back and forth in this dream while saying, “I have more to offer than this.” After having this dream multiple times, the Lord showed him that he was bound to the cares of this world, which would lead to destruction. Shortly after this experience, he was converted and began attending church with a family member.

In 1995, he received the baptism of the Holy Ghost after calling on the name of Jesus. In 2001 he moved to Georgia to start a church with another minister. When that didn’t go well, he began overseeing a church in Georgia the following year and soon the Lord began to deal with him about having a covering. The Lord let him know that in a multitude of counselors this is safety. He was introduced to the Body of Christ in 2005 where he saw a multitude of counselors and received a covering.

Brother Robert was ordained a minister in the Body of Christ in 2016 and works closely with fellow ministers, Brother Roger Bell and Brother Johnte Jones. He is married to Sister Deetra Wright.
