Join our Sunday Live Stream

To accommodate everyone that live streams into our services from all over the world, we have set up Facebook groups in every area where we have a church facility as well as a central Facebook group for the entire Body of Christ to worship together on Sundays.

If you would like to attend a service, we invite you to access the COTLR International facebook group to participate in our Sunday Live Stream services and fellowship with us.

Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and you shall find rest unto your souls.

MATTHEW 11:28-29 KJV

WHAT TO EXPECT

Instead of a program, we depend on the Holy Ghost throughout our services as we worship and minister the Word of God.

Our saints will greet you and make you feel at home.

We only receive 1 offering per service and people give after the dictates of their own heart.

We have a band, not a choir, and the words are projected on a screen so everyone can participate in the song service.

Our services are recorded and private pictures and recordings are prohibited.

We often reference the scriptures so bringing a King James Version of the bible is encouraged.

We do not have Sunday School; however, we encourage children to participate in services right along with everyone else.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Which bible do you use?

We believe the King James translation of bible rightly interpreted is the authenticated Word of God (II Timothy 3:16-17, Revelation 22:18-19, Deuteronomy 4:1-8).

  • What are your core beliefs?

We believe in the death, burial, resurrection and ascension of Jesus Christ, which are the cornerstone of our belief systems. Read more about Our Core Beliefs.

  • Do you believe in the Holy Spirit/Holy Ghost?

Yes, we believe in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit/Ghost with the evidence of speaking in other tongues (Acts 2:4, 10:45-46, 19:6).

  • When are your services?

We currently have an international live stream service on Sundays at 11:30 a.m. Pacific Time in our COTLR International Facebook Group.

We also have local live stream services on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30 p.m. in the local time zone of each location.

  • Do you have a program for your services?

We do not use programs for our services, nor is there a set agenda for each service. Instead, we believe in being led by the Spirit of the Lord. We do have customs, officials, and a strong order, but we always want the Lord to have His way in each service and we want to hear what the Spirit is saying unto the church.

  • Is there a special service for children or Sunday school?

We believe that the best form of school on Sundays (not Sunday School) is with an ordained ministry as teachers of the bible, and that we must have an understanding of the Holy Writ (I Timothy 2:4, Proverbs 4:5-9, Colossians 1:9). Our children and youth are encouraged to participate in our services.

  • Who is the pastor?

The Founder and General Overseer is Brother Lacy Hawkins. He has developed a ministerial leadership within each church according to the example in the book of Acts (Acts 14:23, Titus 1:5).  Click here to learn more about the Ministers in each location:  Meet Our Ministers

  • What ministries do you have?

We believe in God’s divine government for the Church and that the Church is one body with apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers (Ephesians 4:1) who make up the ministry of God.

  • How do I join the church?

We do not have a formal membership to join the church. We believe you are added to the church by a revelation that the Lord gives you personally about whether or not you should attend our church. Being a part of this church is an individual choice, one that we hope you will make because so many people have benefited greatly from making this their church home.

  • How long does service usually last?

We allow the Lord to lead our services, so it’s hard to provide an exact time of when service may end. Sunday service begins at 11:30 a.m. (or at 2:30pm in some locations) and may typically last 2 to 3 hours. Service and Bible Study on Tuesdays and Thursdays begin at 7:30 p.m. and typically conclude before 9:30 pm.
